Pigtoria's Noodle Kit:

Discover the many ways to enjoy traditional Taiwanese noodles. Each kit includes 3 shapes of sun-dried noodles and 12 bags of yummy sauces for you to experiment with, either served dry or in soup.

Umami Noods:

This dish is inspired by Scallion Oil Noodles 葱油拌面, a household dish where every grandma has their own twist. My version is an umami mix of fragrant scallion oil and delicious Taiwanese cupboard sauces.

Nutty Noods:

This flavour is inspired by Ma Jiang Mian 麻酱面, a sesame-based noodle dish. The nuttiness comes from the taste of sesame seeds in each bite. This dish is my comfort food, I used to eat it every day after school.

Sesame Sauce Packet Ingredients: Sesame paste, soybean salad oil, antioxidant (mixed concentrated tocopherols)
Soy Sauce Packet Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, salt, defatted soybeans, wheat, sugar, fructose, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-inosinate, disodium 5'-guanylate), sweetener (acesulfame potassium))
Sichuan Pepper Oil Packet: Spicy pepper oil (soybean salad oil, Sichuan pepper oil (Sichuan pepper flavor, canola oil)), chili oil (sunflower oil, sorbitan fatty acid ester, chili extract), antioxidant (mixed concentrated tocopherols)
