10 years ago, when I first moved to london for school, there was one day when I was really sad and all I wanted was a bowl of noodles to make me happy. I scoured every corner of Chinatown and couldn’t find anything.

I decided to solve my own sadness by learning how to cook, and I fell in love with cooking ever since. Cooking and noodles are my two favourite things in the world, and I want to share them with you. This noodle kit is an immersive cooking experience designed to teach you about my favourite Asian dishes.
